MY INITIAL QUESTION was never answered. The only way OurTime followed up was to send me a feedback link. THE PROBLEM REMAINS UNRESOLVED.
THE PROBLEM: message button, my profile, and my picture used to be easily accessed. All this is gone NOW.
=> My one (1) year membership that was activated in Nov or Dec. 2024 used to work, but does not work NOW (July 4, 2025). YET – the web site says I am an active member. The Online Form response only repeated what the web page has already told me. There is no other help other than the Online information and Form at the web site.<= In the past, I had another issue. Same scenario as above.

No phone number to call. No physical address to write to. ONLY an online form.
In ADDITION: BECAUSE OURTIME web site has no physical address, it is not possible to do a Google Review. Very smart on their part -- limiting reviews, since their non-profit has such poor customer service.

IT APPEARS TO ME THAT OURTIME VIEWS MEMBERSHIP AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO UP-SELL ME FOR EVERY IMAGINABLE OTHER SERVICE they can invent. *Every time***** I seek a way to actually send a message (OR DO ANY OTHER TASK THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE COVERED WITH MEMBERSHIP) - SURE I Can do it - IF I PAY AN EXTRA CHARGE.
When you give your credit card number in order to pay for a membership = THE RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC. You are ~ required ~ to give notice to STOP YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

I live in a city of about ½ million people. I am 30 miles away from another major metropolitan area of about 700,000 people. When The Highlights emails are sent to me, there are about 30 women and men listed.
DON’T EXPECT A LOT OF CHOICES. My mileage radius is 50 miles – and that took me 2 hours to expand the “milage radius”, since the web site was not responsive to the instructions on the web page.

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THIS IS THE WAY OurTime BEHAVES when I actually took the time to read and understand the Terms and Conditions. Many pages (I am guessing about 25) in small print and written in ****semi-legalese*****.
