POF is ridiculously awful. There are so many fake profiles you wonder if there are ANY real women on the site.

And the fakes are so obvious! You can see the pics are stock photos stolen from ads or pinterest, or photos of models from overseas.

Then you have the ones that will chat with you and then you find out they are not even in the USA.

POF is a huge waste of time.

POF is the worst. I spent a lot of time on that site and never met even one woman in person.

I was on POF for quite some time.
I got to where I could tell which profiles were fake.
At first I thought they were foreign scammers from Nigeria or whatever.
But when I turned them in, nothing was done.
So, I've decided that the fake profiles are done by POF itself.
I doubt that any of the asian female profiles are legit because all of them have the same kind of pics
done in a very fancy restaurant, a gorgeous pool, at the beach, or some other high fashion setting. Normal people just don't do this kind of thing. Also, another obvious tell, is that the asian model in the pic looks about 19 years old, then the profile says, "37." And you see it over and over and over.
And the job descriptions are the same repetitive fakery because they always say designer or business owner or beauty consultant. There's a weird uniformity to the fake accounts. I am SURE at this point that POF knows these accounts are fake, and/or POF knowingly makes the fake accounts to draw people in.
It's shameful that they prey on lonely people.
