My Match.com Nightmare

I met someone on Match.com 4 years ago. After 4 weeks dating that person, it became increasingly apparent that something was off. She made strange decisions. She made strange statements. I quickly discovered she was taking a handful of heavy anti-psychotic medications to create her "normal" self. My gut feeling was that I needed to find a way out. Unfortunately, when I attempted to break it off, I found out very quickly that she was not normal. She began cutting herself and sending me pictures. She was abusing her body and threatening to call the police to file a report that I had abused her. She spent enough time and energy online to somehow get the email address of my ex-wife and email her. When she noticed that I enabled my Match.com account she contacted them with a false abuse story. How do I know this? She called me to tell me while she did it.

Match immediately TERMINATED my account and still to this day will not let me on any of the Match affiliated sites. I attempted to sign up for Stir recently and was again notified that they will not allow me on their sites.

They keep throwing "Terms of service" and "privacy practices" in emails so they don't have to disclose their reasons or show me any evidence. They can terminate and provide no reason or refund.

How ironic that I met a crazy person on Match and she got me banned from Match for life.
