New Look for POF

I have been a long time user, after trying many pay sites and finding just as many scammers on those as the free sites, *and* seeing the same guys on POF as on the pay sites, so..why pay?

About 2 weeks ago, they changed their site. Now, it looks like the mobile version and is NOT user-friendly...(I am an older person and only use a PC)

Plus, as of April 29th...I can no longer use the "search" function....no matter how broad the criteria, I get told:

"No one here yet! In the meantime, check your matches!"

Seems like they are forcing people to "Upgrade" just to use the same things we have always been able to use for free.

If that is the case, then they should have sent out an message to all users (like they send those other goofy messages from "Markus") telling us that this was forthcoming.

I read on another site that there is a way to get around the message: "No one here yet! In the meantime, check your matches!". Use a city instead of the zip code. I now get results but they are ONLY people in the city you type in and about 10-12 people. I know there have to be more than that.
POF needs to fix this and other things. I wouldn't pay to use the site right now because things don't work right on it.
