I just signed up 10 days ago. Yesterday my account was highjacked and someone has changed my account access is posting hundreds of messages to men who respond and it comes to my email. They are being scammed by someone using my account. So far OurTime has not responded by blocking the account, instead they sent an irrelevant response to me. Before that there definitely people on the site who were no legitimate. Very disappointing.

And this is why any site asking for money in exchange for service should be required to have a customer service (NOT AI, an actual human) to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Dating sites are the new scam sites with no oversight.

For those down voting this response. My guess is your are part of the scammers we are talking about. Until there is some kind of regulation on dating app companies the least that can be done is require the to answer to their customer with a real human.
