Okcupid changes

Part of the problem is that Match is being run by a woman who is doing everything she can to monetize these sites with no concern for the human aspect. And in her zeal to change things they have all become female biased. It is difficult enough for men to get a female to reply without having almost impossible to contact a woman. It is a popular known fact that OKC was 17 to 1 several years ago before the changes were made. Im betting its somewhere around 30 to 1 now.

What really needs to happen is some business regulations need to be put in place for these shysters. First and foremost, Any profile that is not active on a pay site should be suspended or removed. Second, any profile over 30 days inactive should either be suspended or marked as inactive.

Its bad enough we have to weed through profiles hoping for some contact but I have seen profiles that have been inactive for several years still on Match, PoF, Okc, and Tinder. All owned by Match.

I agree that dating sites should be regulated because the level of fraud is off the charts..

I suspect that many of the bogus profiles are put there by the company itself.

Certainly the hot model looking women are likely just plants to increase traffic and revenue.

I never met anyone on that site and I gave it a good effort.
