Canceling Tinder Subscription

After paying through the nose to acces the swipes, I found that there wasn't much choice.
I decided that I would cancel the subscription and let it run its course for a few weeks.

Alas, Tinder will not allow you to cancel, the toggles and buttons are non responsive on line and on my phone I have found similar problems.

Reporting the problem was even more suspicious when they refused to cancel the subscription their end and referred me to google play services.

Google play has no record of any subscription either and the link that they sent me didnt help.
I am having to call my bank now to stop any future payments to this organisation.

They really should make it a simple process to cancel and they should NOT impose a continuous payment method unless it is intentional that they mean to rip you off for a few months after you attempt to cancel.
My rating is a big fat conning zero..
