Better expectation management required

Yeah, same can be said for the MEN on POF. Theyre not getting replies, cuz they only write to the 1% of beautiful skinny women. You must look like a model, or no man, even an ugly one will pay attention. Therefore, the men are the ones that could change the situation, because there are millions of average looking women looking for average looking men, but the guys seem to think they cant be happy unless they have a knock-out. And guess what, there will be less and less pretty women for you the older you get. Its a fact of life. Why do you think there are always guys in their golden years oogling teenagers and 20 somethings. If you want a great person to share your life with (not a fantasy), believe me, we are out here in droves.

I ONLY write women who don't got wine glasses, party photos, drinking pictures, photos of themselves holding alcohol beverages while having headlines such as "Looking for the one for now!" hahaha

And then those with profile of "I want I want I want him to sweet me off MY FEET!"

Then there's those who make sure their breasts are very well endowed and squeezed in every picture of up-close shot...definitely not planning to appeal to a guy in non-physical connections....

And then those who has 1 picture of themselves, and 4 pictures of their dogs and cats...are they up for dating too? haha makes one wonder how serious they are about the dating part.

All the good looking girls my age in college or university "wants to date but nothing serious." and all the older (as those who were busy just dating not seriously and didn't attract good guys got old?) are all looking for "long term" relationships.

............how about start looking for a good guy not just for nothing serious, but to keep while you had the looks and could say on profile things like "im very picky and i know what i like so dont take it personally :)"?

BOTTOM LINE: Good guys are as few as good girls. And most are not greatest looking. If good looking guys want to get the good looking girls they won't get it by not being serious about it. And for the good looking girls looking for a good guy (mostly not the muscular or good looking) they won't find those guys by looking for nothing serious or be proud in being "im sarcastic". Good guys, like good girls, tend to look for a partner who is similar as they are mentally and emotionally.

There is a HUGE difference between "Guys only wanting supermodels / hottttt young girls" and "guys not wanting "average looking women" I am an average looking guy - I would date an average or even below average looking woman...but not some fat hog...I am a little overweight...I would also date someone a little overweight...but many of the women on POF are more than a little overweight...and its almost like they don't know it's a factor...Just saying...HUGE difference between average looking and HUGE....
