TERRIBLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEAD, BIASED, FORUMS.

PlentyofFish.com is a site that will eventually begin to plummet due to extremely poor customer service. The site does not care about the consumer and is not loyal to its customer base. Amazingly, the best part of the site are the forums but these are tanking now due to incredibly poor service from the site’s moderators.

At one time, this site had hope and I would believe that was in its earlier days. Now? This site is annoying in that it has no one to address it’s various issues via consumer complaints because no one there cares! The forum mods address consumer issues and as they can’t even handle the forums without scalding rude bias, I know they can’t handle customer concerns. It’s very disappointing to have been a member there for several years and be treated like nothing when I have a complaint or issue, and to take note that Markus is so busy and involved with his other pursuits (due to an apparent 90 minute workday) that he has no interest or time to care about what his membership thinks.

I would rather pay for more class, thanks all the same.
