I am going to predict/guess that this thread will be locked again.

A little over a year ago this thread was completely off topic and had spiraled down into a POF like shitslinging fest. Site management and moderators locked the thread.

From a post I made in September last year (A few weeks before it was locked the first time)…





If the site can deal with the loss of click-revenue that this thread creates it would not surprise me if they completely deleted it.

When they locked it the first time late Sept. 2019, there were between 120 and 130 posts and just short of 9,000 hits, or views. When it had been locked for 3-1/2 months it was at just short of 16,000 hits. Another 7,000 + hits in less than 4 months, and again, it was locked from replies/posts.

When they reopened the thread to replies/posts on about June 1, 2020, it was about 20,000 hits. So, far more hits in the eight months it was locked than the first five months that it was an open thread.

Today it is closing in on 200 posts (180 posts) and 27,100 hits. This is about 40 or so posts and a little short of 2,500 hits in the last two weeks. This thread is in the top ten threads (No 8) on the site for number of posts.

So, we’ll see if the site will leave this thread open and continue the large hit quantity (aka revenue) with all the shitslinging, or lock it so that it is still there for people to read – thus allowing a diminished hit count but still collect revenue, or completely delete it.

Well things were doing well until Hopeless showed up....he is kind of like Trump. He brings Chaos wherever he goes, and not me pretending to be him. I couldn't be bothered.

This is why I usually just lurk in the shadows and do not get involved in internet forums anymore. That is the reason I took the username ForumLurker on POF. I used the name here because of Cash being so involved here. I have posted more here in the last few months than I have posted anywhere in the last two years.

If this thread is closed, or even deleted, it is no issue for me. There may be others though who will miss it.

That is a problem when a "turd" and a "heaping pile of steaming shlt" are allowed to go at it slinging their poo at each other uninhibited.

Moderating this type of open forum is a tough thing. It is not uncommon for it to be done too little and too late resulting in a drastic step to lasso in the offending posters. Or being too heavy handed earlier and discourage participation along with the inevitable calls of forum ‘Nazi’ when someone is edited, admonished, or banned.

I knew that deep down you liked me Lurker. Turd is really just a pet name you have for me isn't it?

This one I do not agree with. I do not think anybody else posting two or more times since this thread was reopened would actually miss it. It has just been a trolling platform for any of us posting from page 13 on.

The trolling of KJ started as far back as page 2, from what I can observe. It would appear to me that someone resented the attention she garnered.

You were one of the primary principles in the trolling that lead to the locking of this thread a year ago. Your back and forth with B.A. Your rant about Miss Allison. And other trolling you did. All a cause for locking the thread.

Now, advance to today, and you are one of the two main trolls craping all over this thread again. Mainly you and El hozel with ATA tossing in a fair amount of troll bait at El hozel too.

You have not been as ignorant as El hozel, but you have not been far from it.

Then you post that the thread will likely be locked again due to trolls? Seriously?

I fully admit to being just one of the principles to the first time this thread was locked. But I was far from being the primary cause. I will share the blame mainly with Blondie and her delusional paranoid disorders. Also, with Miss Allison’s video link. HalcyonSkies is also culpable in the trolling of Blondie and attacks that helped lead up to the locking of the thread. Hers was the last post (last straw?) prior to it being locked. And let us not forget the back and forth between Blondie and ATA.

Now, for the current atmosphere. I was having fun and being neither ignorant nor vulgar until after Hoźe job posted those vulgar thoughts he was having about me. The closest Blondie came to being vulgar was in this, her first post before she registered, on page 2 as Judi Dentures noted…

Disgusting but not vulgar like Hoźe job became. This was Blondie’s first post here. She registered as BlondeAngel and started posting from her profile after ATA and I shamed her into identifying herself.


ATA said that Hoźe job was far worse on POF. That may be. I’ll admit that when those two were going back and forth I tired of it quickly and stopped reading. But I am willing to bet that Hoźe job never posted having bestiality and homosexual three-way masturbatory fantasies about him. (Just writing that again makes me nauseous.) Disgusting perversions!!! It was after Hoźe job posted those perverted fantasies that I went vulgar for the first time in this forum. I had been ignorant prior to that but not vulgar until he said those things.

The way I see it is that BA initiated the trolling incidents that took place in this thread. They started with her attack on KJ, and continued with her attack on Miss A.

BA had posted a private video of her and her sister, which has since been removed. Both attacks by BA were unprovoked. Some other posters dressed her down in defense of KJ and Miss A.

I hope admin allows this and doesn't shut down this thread.

I liked pof forum and many other ones too.
Many folks just offer to help one another. Free.

There was a regular poster on the POF forum that was not one of the most popular posters, was not one who had a posy of friends to back him up in arguments, he was not one who had a list of enemies but did have a few. He was not afraid to confront people posting falsehoods and fallacies or senseless statements just to provoke others. His username on POF was Bobby Z Man. Most people referred to him simply as Bobby.

Bobby was arguably one of the top knowledgeable and helpful posters with accurate information on the POF forums about the working of the dating site and the forums. Personally, I would say second only to Oto who was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable in those things.

Bobby Z Man also possessed a profound ability for observation as well as a philosophical sense of fairness.

Bobby passed away. I remember it being announced on the POF forums. There were several who posted condolences and expressed sorrow. In some ways it was a surprising few who mentioned him after his passing, and in other ways it was also impressive how many did. Even thought he was a frequent poster, he was not one to carry out an excessive chat with someone.

Bobby typically answered someone’s question and that was it. Occasionally someone would troll him and he would feed the troll and play for a while. Frank and Awsome50man were the most prolific trollers of Bobby Z Man. At least the two I remember.

Why am I gushing on about Bobby Z Man? Bobby clearly won every troll argument usually by turning their own words on them or he didn’t say anything. This infuriated the trolls. He usually ended those trolling spats by putting in a quote something like this… A wise man once wrote that the bigger person in a senseless argument is the next to last one to make their point. So, for now xxxxx, you are the bigger man.”

That wasn’t an exact quote but close enough to get the point. I am curious to see, based on the above Bobby Z Man line, who wins the bigger man award, pulls up their big boy pants, and puts an end to this crap-fest. Cash or El hozel? Or will this thread be closed and settle it for good?
