Here you will find a summary of all eleven dating site award winners in our second annual Dating Sites Reviews Choice Awards, which honours the best dating services of 2008. Links to the award articles and our full reviews of the dating sites are included.

Our top award is the Single's Choice Award and is decided by the public through a poll which ran from mid September 2008 until early January 2009. The poll contained 10 of the top dating sites on the internet in which you could vote for. This year we gave an award to the top 3 choices, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Once again, Match.com is the recipient of our top award. Over a quarter of all voters selected this online dating site as the best on the internet.

2008 Dating Sites Reviews Single's Choice Award - Silver Recipient eHarmony

Voters second choice this year is eHarmony. This dating site had just 5% less votes than Match.com which gave them 22 percent of the total vote. When you combined both Gold and Silver votes together, you will see that these two dating services made up 49 percent of the total vote.

2008 Dating Sites Reviews Single's Choice Award - Bronze Recipient Yahoo! Personals

The Bronze Single's Choice Award winner this year is Yahoo! Personals. While a popular dating service, Yahoo only received about half the votes of Match.com. Yahoo is planning a lot of new features for their dating site in the coming months so this service will be one to watch.
