I am not satisfied with the service that e-Harmony offered me. They were very inflexible with their matches, and went rigidly according to points and algorithm. When I punched in my post code, it turned up NOTHING in my part of the country. I asked them if they had any matches within a reasonable distance of me. They said YES but refused to make them available to me on the grounds that they did not constitute an e-Harmony match. They do not care a bit about customer service and take no action when a person is dissatisfied. If they did have anyone in my area, and withheld this from me on the grounds that it did not suit their system, I think that this was wrong. They should have allowed me to decide what I wanted to do so and take a risk if I wanted. They were no good to me at all and I have now terminated membership.
