I'm trying to signup again to a dating site but everytime i put my e mail in it won't take it since it says it is taken. That actually is me they are talking about because it is that e mail I used when i was on before. So how do i sign up? Its the only e mail i have.

Most dating sites have a "Forgot Your Password?" link that you can use to retrieve your password. All you need to do is click and enter in your email address. The dating site (like POF or Match.com) will then search for a user with that email address. When/if it finds a match the service will then email you the password.

If you do not see a forgot password link then enter in any password when you try to login. When the login is unsuccessful you should be then presented with a way to retrieve a forgotten password.
