This is a so-called online speed dating service for events around the UK that I have tried to use twice. The last time was my birthday (23rd February) and they informed me of the cancellation on the day before the event after all the travel arrangements had been made. This, too, has happened twice. Okay, so they get cancellations and uneven numbers but cancelled on the day before twice????!!!!!!???

Stupid me for going for it, I guess, but then if they are not prepared to offer refunds for accommodation or travel, then I can only give them the lowest possible review. I haven't a clue what the events are like and I understand that people may have to cancel but this is surely professional incompetence which they should be held accountable for.

Disgusting! No offer of commiserations even, just a blank-faced rehearsed policy statement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS otherwise it is YOU that will be paying the costs!!!!!!

Where in the UK did you try to book? I have had a similar xperience with xfactordates and I think they should not get away with it. Best Jim

i went to one in Glasgow the blurb said that you'd have 20 dates and there were half that number. I've tried there dating site it took my subscription and then didn't change the membership. I think you should avoid this company as they behave like a bunch of rip off merchants.
