talk abt a bad relationship. I emailed yahoo I was no longer interested in continuing to post my ad. I then snail mailed them the same thing. I hopefully deleted my profile. 1 month later they still billed me. I called my credit card --they worked with yahoo who said I was too late for that months cancellation. 5 months later I am still billed! I cant get out! nightmare. they said they never got the letter and emails dont count. I couldnt even remember my secret question since it had been so long. the voice at the other end of yahoo told me it wasnt his problem I couldnt manage my bills and accounts! I again called my credit card- they said they would cancel the card! since yahoo cant stop billing. nightmare. dont use them.
