After spending 10 years using on line dating and not much to show for it but still putting 100 percent into my love search (and i am in my 50's so that my mater), i can tell you by MY expereinces with e hamony, match, chemistry, pof, cupid, date hookup, match maker, lava life and a few others that i do have experience to say the following. And this is also the result of reading countles news articles on internet dating and reports from other useres that date sites operate the SAME.

1. Single guys should be about a ratio of 1 man to 1 woman according to the us census. Yet, men greatly outnumber women on date sites. This makes no sense.
2. Date sites are like anything else geared to lure lonely men-hit thm with pretty women like stippers who lure you into the site and after the crdit card comes out, you never hear from these women. These women are like the guys in NYC and Vegas that hand out ads for clubs.
3. The ONLY successful people on date sites are women (surpirse) and I have n idea how they look. They just pst that they are having success and most are probably lying since I have e mailed a lot of women just to see how their experience in on line dating was working and ALL said the same thing0it was not working.

4. This site is guilty of having people post a come on to join THEIR date site. You look at it and it is rinky dink.

The bottom line is that while a few may get dates, don't beleive the stats e harmoney and match give about all those marriages and relationships they helped create. According to e harmony, thousands mary each day thanks to them. BS.

I doubt 1 in a hundred that actually meet get married.
