What a load of rubish!
I have singed up to this website tonight, and paid £24.95 for one month subscription plus £16.50 extra so FREE member can contact me!
The user experience of the website is horrible, everything is everywhere, very difficult to get your way around and find what you looking for, outdated and big mess!
Anyway, after one hour navigating, i have noticed whenever i clicked on any member image to look at, it was talking to a payment page to "Extend Subscription" for which i only purchased!
Contacted the live chat, first thing they asked for username, which i provided, then asked for account password! which was very odd, anyway, 19 mins waiting for a reply nothing, so closed the chat and went to the account section to cancel and close the account, which i was another nightmare, going through page after page to finally closing the account.

i have used many dating sites, good and bad but by far this is the worst! please avoid xmatch.com
