Yeah man, totally agree with you, the whole scammy hook-up site thing is a real problem and more people need to hear it. It’s super easy to get sucked into sending credits and thinking you’re chatting with legit people, but like the OP said, a lot of those reply accounts are literally just paid staff or bots pretending to be someone you’ll never actually meet. That’s exactly why guys end up spending money and not getting anywhere.

I’ve seen the same pattern on a few of these adult-oriented sites. This includes flattering replies, long chats, excuses about “not ready to meet yet”and then nothing real ever happens. It’s frustrating to realize you were basically talking to a placeholder profile the whole time.

Anyway, good on you for calling it out. Hopefully more folks wake up to how shady some of these fake adult dating sites are.
