Refund Policy

While you have listed a 30 day refund policy for singlesnet.com. No where in their help section or membership agreement do they list the refund policy. The only place you can find mention of a refund is when upgrading from a trial account to a premium account where it will state, "If You are not fully satisfied with the service, you can have a full refund." It does not list the amount of days that this policy applies or how a person is eligible for a refund. Now I had requested a refund after two weeks of service, a lot of the contacts that had been coming in were automated and bots. They re billed me for the next month and refused to refund the initial charge. This happened as of 12/1/2008. I will be contacting my bank to issue a charge back and I am tempted to contact an attorney.

The 30 day limit is mentioned from a link on the account upgrade page. Look for "Note: Information about our rebilling policy can be found here." and click on "here" to find more information. This link appears under the prices for the membership.

I am sorry SinglesNet did not work out for you. Let us know if you got your refund. If you have refund problems make a complaint to the Better Business Burea (there is a link to it in our review). That should motivate them.
