Dating Sites Reviews Forums

I know there are several categories of dating sites here but I am just looking for the best dating site to find a normal date on.

I don't care if it is free or paid. I just want a site with real people on it and no scammers with a decent matching system. Does such a site exists?

In no particular order I have in my list PoF, Match.com, Okcupid, and Eharmony. Is there any others out there worth mentioning and which one do you like the best and why.

I have tried a lot of dating sites over the last 5 years. I am an old guy (50s) so this may not apply to the younger generation who use cell phones and the dating apps which I personally find to hard to read since they are small screens.

I always keep going back to Plenty of Fish. I use it for a while, get pissed off at the low response rate and go out and try other sites. In the end I always come back because while it has its problems (and there are many) it is still the one that I get the most responses from. The only other one I would recommend is Match.com but it does get expensive if you are using it for 6 months or more.

Number of online dating sites have increased in such a way that anyone may get cheated these days. I too had one such experience. I was 19 and was really crazy about my first date. I really wished to meet the one in my dreams.Dreaming a wonderful date, I registered in one of the sites. I started chatting with someone who was actually 32 years older than me, butI was told that he was below 25. I really got upset and cancelled my registration. After few weeks my friend asked me to check out some online dating sites for her. Then I came across an online dating service at Premier Introductions in Canada , which I felt as a genuine site. I told my friend about it and we both registered in it. During registration they collected our details and our expectations about the partner. They helped us meet partner of our interests and this time I wasn’t even a bit disappointed.
