POF now charges to see if your e mails are read, get pushed into the dating spot light, etc.

Mucas Fink is on greedy SOB. He makes ( claims) thousands a day on ads.

Charging about $7.00 a month is chump change for this a hole who brags he works about an hour a day!

This time waster sites needs to be eliminated from this planet along with Fink.

It's way past time for people to stop joining or gumming up his site with stupid profile even though the existing profiles are really stupid.

So this is a call to arms against POF.

Submit your ideas and learn from one another on this and other date forums.

We have the power to destroy POF and Fink.

Anyone sick of rip off date sites?

If so, here is a chance to strike a blow in the only place that matters to date sites. Their pocket book.

Otherwise complain and accept business as usual.

I would have to agree. POF is worse than it was a few years ago. I think they are really trying to make money now which means that they are starting to squeeze us members. If they squeeze to much then we will all just move on to another dating site. I am not sure which one that would be as from what I understand Okcupid is heading in the same direction as POF which is paid.

Regardless of being a free site or not.. you guys do realize that all of those sites are User-moderated right? which means other users of the site are the ones moderating all the reports and issues. They have the power to just delete anything you question. Which is why all of those sites are going down the drain. Because a bunch of users that get pissed off after you decline their profile(s) can simply go into reports dated the day you talked to them and find and delete them. My cousin is a user that also mods for a site. And my friend was sexually harassed by a user that modded and went in and banned her after she declined 3 times on different accounts. As long as anything is user-moderated it will be complete crap and only good for a laugh. if you want a decent site... or rather to find decent men or women on a site you are going to have to use a pay site. It's the only way to ensure even slightly decent users. Because no one looking for one night stands is going to pay much for a site. only the gentlemen and ladies would.

POF is not user moderated. They make more than enough money to have staff on hand to handle customer service. All profiles and messages are scanned by the computers to check for fakes and scams. It is only the ones you report that are then checked by a human.

The POF forums are moderated by volunteers and staff.
