Should Match / eHarmony organise social events?

Hey guys, I've recently joined match.com, but have had very little success, as I thInk most of the women which I message are either free members or have joined years ago and have already got boyfriends. So I thought if match/eharmony should organise "singles nights" in local cities, this would mean that only women who were single and serious about a relationship would go, and my dating life would be more successful. What do you think. And how come the big companies don't do this already?
