Reader Question - Lavalife Prime - Life Experiences and Photos not showing in search.

Here is our first email question from one of our visitors. We didn't quite figure it out, anyone else know the answer?
Names have been changed for privacy.
I have send a couple of messages through the LAVALIFE PRIME, and still
waiting for a response. When I search my name JaneProfile a single photo
shows up with no life experiences indicates. However, under MY PROFILE I
have several photo's including life experiences. The latter Profile is the
one I would like to show up when someone 'searches'.
Please can you correct this as soon as possible, or advise me how to do it.

Hmmm, have you waited 24 hours?
Submissions of new photo's and life experiences may take that long before approved by Lavalife.

Its been over 24hrs. I have added to the comments in the 'life experience'.
Over 24hrs ago I sent my first message through the LavaLife Prime site, the
2nd one yesterday. Sent the 3rd message to day. I Googled LaveLife Prime
to see if I could find a phone number, wasn't one. So I decided to send a
message via the site I got on Google.
If you can go in to LavaLife Prime, do a Search for nickname JaneProfile, you
will see the single photo, no life experience. If you actually go into MY
PROFILE, taaa taaah several photos along with life experiences, these are
what I would like people to see.

Sorry I can't be more help. I did check your profile and it showed me just the one picture and no life experiences. I don't have a customer support
number for Lavalife but their head office phone number is 416-263-6300. You could try it and see what they say.
