I am a man and have tried POF several times since i am not willing to pay for crap date sites.

So i wondeed what an avearage woman would get in way of replies.

I did NOT steal anyone's photo. I did not post one.

I said i was in education 9I am always learning and teaching new things so its not a lie).

And i made up a very genric profile. No sex or anything to make guys want to contact me.

Before i coudl hit the ENTER button on my computer to POST my profile, i got TWO e mails!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had not even posted my profile.

How did I get response when supposedly, no one knew I existed until i submitted my ad???

That is one question.

As for results. I stayed on as a woman for about a week. I got about 5 e mails a day. Most semed like decent guys. But its definately a fake world on line.

do I feel bad. I had lot of hesitation over this. But I was curious if women DID get a lot of replies on this site.

I never ansered anyone and deleted the profile.
