NEWEST scam by Match.com-Important if you value your money

Match.com uses the ctaditional credit card subcription of course and they allow the use of ELECTRONIC checks for those withour credit cards (I assume).

But I have used Match in the past but the last ime was years ago and I used a PAPER check like what you send your bills in with. that way, there was NO auto renewal which is the number one complaint in date sites other than they don't work.

But check out ripoff.com and enter match.com.

Seems that match is taking money out of accounts in banks from those who wrote PAPER checks. I called match and the woman checked with a supervisor and admitted that even if you do send a paper check, they CONVERT it to and an ELECTRONIC check and then is auto renewed.

It defeats the entire paper check reasoning..

Match will take maoney orders and they admit they can't auto renw these but they take up to 6-8 WEEKS. That sounds like BS aNd I suspect that a lot of money orders 'get lost'.

Money orders are not easy to trace as you think.

So it is all about money-big surpirse.

But I just wanted to warn how decietful the largest or second largest date site is.

Do they REALLY need the money that bad that they CON you?

This is like sending a bill to pay for the electirc bill for the month and you do not send it the following month becuase you move and the electric company just takes your last check off the computer and removes the funds.

I called my bank and this is ILLEGAL.

Are these site EVER going to be regulated??????????????????

Interesting, I didn't realize that was done.

At least you can easily find and turn off Match.com auto renewals.

I have heard to stay away from True because they never stop.

Look at ripoff.com

then enter match.com

Most of the complaints center around the auto renewal and the fact is it so difficult to end it.

There IS a abox to check if you do not want to auto renew but according to many people on ripoff.com, this box sudenely gets checked so you ARE augo renewed.

Match will do anything for money.

another thought about match. Why do they need another site called chemistry.com (or something like that is going head to head with E harmoney on TV ads?

I would think ONE dating site would be enough if it was effective.
