Dating Sites Reviews Forums

I have been trying to get ahold or and find out about my not being able to verify my account ( it wont accept my phone number) I must have filled out the forms and sent the form in and received the same reply -"We have received your inquiry - 176XXXXX" I have yet to hear back and this is at least a week and a half and several of these forms sent in. I tried phoning the company - Match and Our Time - owned and operated by the same company out of Texas. Cant talk to any live person. Cant even talk to a live person on Chat. I am not requesting any money back or my subscription to be cancelled - know how to do that just trying to find out and get my ability to log in fixed.

I do have an issue with the algorithms that all of these sites seem to use that limits those who are close by ( this includes - Zoosk etc) from showing on their sites - If you want to charge for a more inclusive package to do that state that somewhere. But my major complaint is currently with Match and Our Time
