Dating Sites Reviews Forums

How do these sites not get class-action lawsuits? I understand some that blatantly say its unicorns and rainbows, and they charge a pretty penny for straight up nonsense. But the other swindlers who claim they have a fraud department, no paid profiles and dodgy contacts that allows them to take your money and everything you post and 3rd party sell? Like straight up theft by deception. They're not government (who do the same) but why are they allowed to lie and steal and get away with it?
