POF Customer Support Not Getting Back To Me!

I’ve contacted plenty of fish customer support about an issue I am having on the app and have had no replies in the last 2 days. Why is it taking so long for someone to get back to me?

Should I just keep sending a message everyday or does that just reset the queue for me or something...
