Zoosk Membership Issues

I joined Zoosk 3 days ago and I’m not able to send or receive messages. I have sent several requests to customer support concerning this problem but no one has contacted me. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

If nothing can be done, I will want to get a refund of my membership fees.
