On the weekend of Thanksgiving, being a single woman AND being alone I'd decided to look into joining a Dating Site in my area called

I like the Gentlemen that was showing up in my search results and decided to join. I used my debit card to make the payment of $32.99 and it was declined!!! Well, I knew i had enough funds in my account before applying.

So I seek out their customer service and every day after several chats and tried...I was finally given 5 days of a premium membership. After finally talking with their Supervisor, she informed me that my card was blocked (never used this card before on this site ) But my card was blocked.

1st it's my bank fault. I'd called my bank..they did not place no hold or block on my account

Now being told in an email this morning that my account is now cancelled (the free week) they had given me unless I get a new card to join with my membership is now cancelled.

I find this so disturbing and very unprofessional ( asking me to get another bank another bank card to join there dating site cause someone on there staff made an error in blocking my credit card and its too difficult to remove so me as a customer need to find another way to pay.

And that's getting another credit card or a money card to pay.!!! cant tell you how frustrating this has been to deal with a dating service that's has been so RUDE AND NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING
