I can log in on the i-phone anytime but I haven't been to log in on the desk top for months.

It has been a while since I was a member there but there was always an issue with running a VPN or a proxy. The site recognized them and blocked logging in. It is part of their lame efforts to block spammers and scammers.

Try disabling any VPN and or proxy you are running then try logging back on.
