Can you be on eharmony if you are separated?

Anyone know if you can join eharmony now if you are separated from your wife but not yet officially divorced?

You were not allowed to a few years ago (my friend profile was rejected for this reason) but I wonder if they have laxed this requirement now?

Anyone know?
