I reported an incident last Friday to Tinder about one of their online non or possibly paying members since then after 4 days, they shut down my account I cannot log in, verification codes sms non existent, no one answers my emails requests, what is wrong with them? Are they rubbish or what and how long before I get an answer to my reporting, so the message is do not report in appropriate rude behaviour or else you'll be punished, they are not making it safe for us but they proclaim to do so, they are non existent in terms of customer service and they should explain to me why I am being shut out for now over 3 days.... Is there a regulator I can complain to?

I'm not the only one, I had a similar problem, try anything, but it's not an option. Once I was closed my account when I sent ordinary text messages like Hindi... I just made a new one...

Tinder stinks. I had an issue today… poor customer support.
