Unable to log into POF

Suddenly and randomly asked to log into POF app. I use this daily. Will not accept my login (it is correct), can not reset password as the email never comes through (yes I’ve checked spam/junk folders). Searched POF website, no advice other than to reset password. I’m going in freaking circles!!
