How do you unsubscribe from Hi5?

I joined Hi5 years ago and I still get emails from them. I haven't used them and I want to close my account and remove my profile.

I tried unsuccessfully unsubscribing but it takes me to a completely different page. How and where do I need to go to unsubscribe from hi5?
