I signed up to a 6 month trial. When it came to cancel my trial I couldn’t remember my password, so requested a reset but the link never arrived. There was no number to call and none of my messages were responded to so I got charged a renewal fee. My complaint about this was not met with any refund and now they have passed the charge onto a credit management company.
What a con!!
