problem with my sweetDiscreet account and with payment!

Hi every one!
I need help, I subscribed on sweetDiscreet,put all my datas, including those of my debit card, but they don't allow me to enter anymore, saying that my e-mail is not correct, but at the same time I cannot subscribe again with the same datas (I tried because I thought that maybe the first time I didn't sibscrib correctly) because they say that this account already exists. I check out on my debit card and they took like 40 euros! How I can solve the problem? to sign out?
