Hello , My question is , How reliable are the dating sites and are they legitimate with real people looking for dates? I have bought memberships with American Singles and Senior Friend Finder and a couple more. I have found men to correspond with but it doesn't seem to go any further. The people who sign on, how legimitate are they and are they serious? Thank you for any insight you can give me. I am beginning to think, Is all this a SHAM?

Did you actually correspond with the men or did you just find men you would like to correspond with? I found if you are honest about who you are and what you are looking for there is about a 1 in 4 chance of a reply. You need to share the same interests with the person and it has to be expressed in a thoughtful message.
