I thought I was buying a six month membership for $37.95. When I received my credit card bill, the charge was $209.00. Citi bank referred me to the Elite Singles Customer service number saying they could not help as I had initiated the contact with Elite. When I called Elite customer service I was told they had only billed my credit card for $37.95. and that perhaps someone else was using the card. They would not credit any money to my card unless I gave them the number. This sounded suspect as they would have had my credit card number anyway. After the call ended the same man called me back and said that I had a "pending" charge of $370 and that someone else might be using my card. Since this is a card that doesn't leave my house, I doubt that that is the case.
In the meantime, I only received 4 matches and non of them responded to my flirts.
