Self-Match Compatibility App Review
Self-Match

Sometimes you don't have a choice but to advertise for yourself. I've submitted a request twice for Dating Site Reviews to objectively review my site Self-Match.com It is not a dating site but it is a valuable support service for online daters. I have not received any response from them. So, it looks to me that this place where we are looking for answers is possibly a scam, too.
However, if there is the smallest chance that anyone can hear me or read my writing, I will continue to advocate for my idea.
Chemistry, Communication, Compatibility: How Changing the Order of Engagement May Solve the Crisis of Failed Relationships, A Self-Match Solution
The Triple C Definition of Love and the Traditional Order of Engagement
Apart from pre-arranged and for-profit marriages, people have always pursued love as the main reason for starting romantic relationships. People marry or choose to be together because they fall in love. If love is the driving force behind most relationships, why then so many relationships fail?
To answer this question, I will provide my own definition of love that I call the Triple C Recipe: Love is Chemistry based on Compatibility supported by effective Communication.
However, providing the definition of love and even explaining the importance of every C in the love recipe does not help answer the question why relationships fail.
The answer becomes clear when we explore the order in which partners engage in the relationships and experience every C.
The following is the traditional order of engagement in the Triple C process:
1. Communication
2. Chemistry
3. Compatibility
In the beginning, people engage in some light-weight communication. They get to know basic things about each other such as demographic and career facts, and general likes and dislikes. Text-dating is becoming more and more popular as a part of this superficial communication stage.
Partners do not like to be stuck in the first stage for a long time; they want to get to the Chemistry test as soon as possible. Chemistry has become the QUEEN of the three Cs. People associate chemistry with the gut feeling that tells them that this relationship is going to work. When Chemistry is felt on both sides, people usually choose to pursue the relationship.
Unfortunately, even strong Chemistry cannot guarantee long-term successful relationship. Anyone who has an ‘ex’ will agree with this statement. People fall in love with wrong people all the time. Who do we call ‘wrong’ people? Incompatible partners. Beginning to explore compatibility after falling in love is a bad idea. Chances are huge that you find yourself in love with an incompatible partner. Thus, the multitudes of failed relationships.
Changing the Order of Engagement in the Triple C Process: The Self-Match Solution
Self-Match.com is an innovative partner compatibility application. The solution proposed by Self-Match is quite simple: potential partners should explore their compatibility before allowing chemistry to kick in. Partners should communicate about their similarities and differences and after they decide they are compatible enough, they should meet to see if the intellectual and mental connection transfers into the physical spark or the so-called chemistry.
Here is the new order of engagement that we propose:
1. Compatibility
2. Communication
3. Chemistry
Self-Match in a Nut Shell
Self-Match compatibility application uses the double-blinded custom survey approach that puts users in control of the matching process.
Here is a quick overview of how Self-Match works.
1. The user compiles a survey from questions available in Question Bank. The user can browse through hundreds of questions, choosing the ones he or she finds relevant and important. Currently, Self-Match offers fourteen categories of questions.
2. The user answers the questions that he or she has chosen, and the same blank survey is sent to the partner.
3. The partner takes the survey and can view the Compatibility Report right away.
4. The user can also see the Compatibility Report that contains their answers side by side and the percentage of the matching responses.
5. In addition, the user may rate each of the partner’s responses as positive or negative and assign a numeric importance value from 1 to 10 to each response. The ratio of the total positive and negative scores produces a TrueMatch Score that may be used to rank compatibility with several partners.
Self-Match Boosts Communication
Self-Match provides a way for partners to get to know each other better and faster by boosting their communication. It replaces meaningless text-dating and chatting with thoughtful discussions of Compatibility Reports and TrueMatch Scores. Partners will focus on learning what they have in common and how they differ in their world views, values, life choices, individual preferences, etc. This allows them to make viable predictions regarding their compatibility.
Self-Match and Online Dating Sites
One may ask how Self-Match relates to online dating sites. Self-Match is definitely not a dating website. In contrast to dating sites where people look for partners, Self-Match users are supposed to have current or prospective partners to conduct compatibility research with. Self-Match can be viewed as a support tool for busy online daters. The application is partially designed with the goal to help online daters to manage and prioritize multiple prospective partners. By calculating the TrueMatch Score for each partner, the user can decide which partner deserves more attention or a priority date. It is a tool to narrow down the compatible matches sent to them by dating sites and, hopefully, choose their most compatible partner or their best match.
The Future of Self-Match
We live in the age of information and research in a data-driven society. Self-Match encourages to use these strategies to improve personal relationships. It puts researching Compatibility before testing Chemistry. Will this approach find its followers among millions of busy singles looking for true love? Will it become a must-do thing before falling in love, a new trend in smart dating? The time will tell. But for now, do all you can to avoid being another statistic in a staggering number of failed relationships. Maybe trying Self-Match is one of these things.
However, if there is the smallest chance that anyone can hear me or read my writing, I will continue to advocate for my idea.

Imagine that you got twenty winks from real people. Wouldn't it feel great?! What do you do then with these twenty winks? Or, you are matched with ten people and you kind of like their profiles. Do you go on dates with all ten? Many dating sites do a pretty decent job helping you find potential partners, usually more than one, but then the burden of choosing the RIGHT one is still left up to you.
I've created a tool that can help you easily sort through tens of compatible matches and choose the MOST compatible ones. It is called Self-Match. You can only achieve success in relationships when you become your own matchmaker.
Don't rely too much on chemistry that can kick in during your first date. You can always fall in love with a wrong person. Explore compatibility first! Find out who is seriously into you and who wants a compatible partner in you as well. Your Self-Match partner will become your partner for life if you do it right.
