Extremely bad service at FirstMet (former AYI):

As soon as the payment is made, auto-renewal charge is on. The link for cancel auto-renewal charge is fake, it links to irrelevant pages;

Then there is a phone number to ask if the auto-charge can be cancelled. it takes 3 hours to get connected, only one voice pick up the phone or nobody pick up at all;

As soon as the payment is made, there is no way to cancel unless go through the phone line, lucky enough somebody finally pick up the phone, and cancellation is not valid unless a mailing document is received within three days from the first second payment is made;

And they don't allow member( including premium account) to edit or delete profile photo even the account is deactivated!
