Dating Sites Reviews Forums

Hi,

Since the start of the year I've been trying to find that someone special online.
I've tried various dating sites but the lack of replies is unbelievable.
I did research on which is the best sites and I joined POF (waste of time) OKC (is good but not entirely convinced it's the best)

What do women actually look for in a first message?
Seriously I'm absolutely baffled by the lack of replies on OKC.
I got offered a reduced rate and paid using my iTunes account and I can see the messages are being read with the little tick.
I know I don't look like George Clooney but surely there must be someone somewhere out there.
