They have no support, you contact them about login problems and nothing is done, multiple times, no response.

Cry so i read most of the posts in this thread most of what i'm about to say aprears to be has been said, but let me be perfectly clear, ML and the like are filled with those of us suckers who made the mistake of giving them money, and that "hope" of there being one or two worthwhile girls on there is pointless because they're one or two amoung all those guys, they are very quick to delete accounts, even ones that don't apear to be bots the moment you pass any contact info, and while i can't prove it, i really wonder if alot (if not the vast majority) of the cam girls on there were originally regular members, and on that note i hope this pops up for a few women asking about it in search engines, i suppose to each his/her own, but the reason i cry is the thought of that many decent girls being whore-ded by this site into the scam over the promise of a quick buck, while guys may loose money, it really looks from my point of view like they have farm more to loose. Sure i was looking for someone to meet and have some simple fun with, but i'd honestly rather go alone than see that many of you degraded so low. Guys, don't feed into this site, for the girls sake and you're shooting yourself in the foot by letting the sites take these girls off the market. i'm sure there's a few halfway decent sites, i've been on zoosk too, which is halfway decent, still a money machine, but only if you feed it the coins. But i have spoken to a girl or two since i joined very recently. and one thing very helpfull in the process is they match you with someone who fits your stats and they make both sides aware of the potential match. can be a little helpfull if you're trying to meet someone who's been a member more than a few seconds. tho I doubt i'll renew after a the first month is up. ~hope this helps solve a few mistakes before hand , all of this is my opinion of course and i hope it isn't offensive, but after putting some real thought into what i was getting into it changed a few things for me.

This is how I know it's a scam: When I first signed up, free membership, I was getting emails out the ASS. "So and so wants you to add photos", "so and so wants to talk" blah blah. A LOT of pics of women "in my area". Even on the profile, under the pictures i saw FOUR different women who was supposedly from my city. When I bought the silver membership ALL FOUR WOMEN LOCATION CHANGED. I knew soon as I hit the submit button to pay, I screwed up. I'm no Denzel in his prime, but I'm convinced I'm a good lookin' guy.

POF - Real women on there. Get plenty of messages.Tagged - Real women on there. Get plenty of messages. Both sites, if your decent looking or better, you will get messages.

Sites like meet local - FOS

This web site and others like it are a rip off, they send you email after email of girls in your area wanting to here from you, as soon as you purchase the the add, the emails stop, not one response back, this is true with meetlocals.com, and fling. The same organization is a host for all of these sites that pop up. Beware they are all a scam! You will have better luck in the grocerie store.

are there any real sites?

Zoosk is real. In the past year I've met about a dozen women. All were real and most were local.

Several of them are only on there because they have an itch they need scratched...Enjoy

Not sure it's a total scam. I did a search as a free member, ages 45 to 55. Now in that age range, the women appear, well, real. Whether or not you'd get results is another matter. I can't vouch because I'm hesitant to buy.

My advice is to go with SeniorPeopleMeet, Match, and possibly DateHookup (free), or POF (free).

I'm a newly divorced 40yo and messing around on these sites. I refuse to pay $$ for anything at this point, so stick to the free ones. At the risk of diluting my success, I've had decent luck so far on POF, DateHookup, and OkCupid. I've also posted some on Craigslist and had luck there as well -- but that's more of a gamble.

Match and eHarmony are obviously legit, but expensive to get anything out of. AFF and Ashley Madison seem pretty legit as well, but I'm not paying, so don't get anything real out of those.

I'm interested to know if there are other real sites out there I've missed, so speak up if you've had success anywhere!

Like everyone here, I stand firm when I say that the site everything but legit! It’s a SCAM! I think it was initially set up to attract people into signing up and as soon as they were able to get or scam enough money from people, they left the site to its death.

Look, I have no idea if it works but a girl I recognize from work was in it and I had no picture. She responded, but then I realized that wasn't anonymous so I just quit. They could have a fake bot with her picture but there was also a difference between the bots and some old gal talked to me. I dunno. Don't care. I'm not a serious person I just wanted to give my experience. The girl from work was actually more someone at a place I go to that's not supposed to date clients. I don't know if I want to be bad with her or not but she's an awesome girl. Yeah. Seriously ok. Bye. The difference between the bots seems to be that the bots have flowery catchy images whereas the real messages are just messages. I'm guessing. I would continue it if I felt the need but I'm not that needy. Smile I'm a guy. Whatever. Probably coulda got laid though. Not like I have trouble with that in real life however. But there are many times I'm surprised in real life and somehow don't get laid!!! Real life is a scam!!! I'm hot!

My best advice is if you are a loser, don't try to get laid. Getting laid is a scam!!
Anyway, I'm not kidding. If you're a loser, aren't we all ((??))but why would you think people on the Internet would want to screw you if people don't want to in real life? If you're not a loser, maybe your non loser ness will save you! Like, all the time!?? Some people should just accept that they have the best chance by giving people as much tender love and care because they will find real superlative love with average people. That's a complement. Then there are shallow bitches like me. I want those relationships average people have. But dont get signed up for a get laid site as someone average!!! And then complain if youre still in the same categories you were in real life. Wtf! Moron!
Sincerely, your burn-er. If you look good and you're crazy, get laid. If you are an average quality person, let your qualities do all the talking for you, it will work. If you are average, sscrew fatties stupid! You can't be ugly and poor and hope the Internet cures you if this??!!! If you are on the Internet right now and you're average please stop trying to get perfect ten girls and look for people comparable to yourself.
Thanks!
