Cannot login to POF... Anyone else have this problem?

Edmonton alberta tooo but i feel its just me here ive had problems even being a new member just signing uo

It's been happening a lot these last two days or so...keeps redirecting to the first page but you can't login, you can't register...nothing....then, all of a sudden, it will work again.

That's not the problem...it's with POF across Canada.

Same problem here except I live in Michigan. I log in but get kicked out again every once in a while.

Tonight though I got a "Verify your Account" message. I had to give my mobile phone number when logging into the pof.com website. They sent me a text which I entered so they knew I was an actual person and not some bot I guess.

Submit only the email address that is assigned to your actual POF account. This will actually reset your password by by sending you an email with a link to visit to enter a new password.

Check you spam folder for the email. If you don't get an email from POF after this then most likely your account has been disabled or deactivated.




I literally only want to log into my account to deactivate it as I’m in a relationship now and keep getting emails. I couldn’t remember my password but had it saved on my phone as a keychain so I used that.

It said “It looks like your credentials were incorrect. Try logging in again.”

So I used the “Forgot password” link, changed the password, and tried to log in with the new password...same message. Then I did this all over again with another new password and same thing.

So frustrated because they don’t even have a contact email for customer service...the customer service link brings you to a list of useless FAQs.

Im finding POF keeps logging me out from my android... Im a fully paid up member but cannot get into my paid account. MADE A NEW ACCOUNT TO TRY TO CONTACT THEM, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING MY MESSAGESi

Holy crap this is happening again. How often does POF go down like this? I can view the site but cannot log in.

Yes it's pissing me off it does all the normal things then push log in tells you server is down .I had 5 messages to reply to and have been able to.Not happy it's all started since the upgrade .Fix it

This problem has started since your upgrade..Seriously POF your computer technicians must be retarted.This sort of monumental mistake could cost people that one in a million relationship.Im not changing the way I log in you fix the problem.
