I never missed people I didn’t love. I’ve always yearned to be with the people who I love and who love me back. When I am with people I love, time speeds up because I’m lost in the moment. It’s the best feeling ever and I hope everyone can experience it in their lives.

This question is repeated on forums like this all the time. Here is the truth:

1) if you dated someone and you parted ways, and you think about them on occasion in a good light - you were compatible but it wasn’t a perfect match

2) if you dated……….But you think of them constantly guess what? That was your person. They were it.

I’ve been around plenty of people and observed this happen. The one that got away that is always on your mind is the one you should have been with.

You’ll never be settled without them. Don’t *censored* it up. You’ve got one life. Give that person from your past a call and tell them how you feel.

I would argue everyone has that one person that they shouldn't have let get away.

My buddy could have wrote this. He’s regretting his choice of marriage and asked me for advice. I told him that real love is rare and most people never come close. He is thinking through everything right now and think he had it with someone else. Fu€king sucks. He told me about how he felt with her and I think he may be right.
