The problem with this approach is there is no avenue for mistakes. If they cancel your account (and this is ALL dating sites) you simply get told your have violated TOS and thats it. There are no proper channels dispute, prove, or disprove your account being terminated. Plus its pretty hard to dispute a claim if they wont even tell you what it is. This is one of my biggest complaints about dating services as well as dead accounts that they never bother to purge as it will lower their numbers.
