I totally agree with the comments posted above, and the class action lawsuit, the bait and swap with IJL is terrible. They had all these great ideas for dates when we first spoke, NONE of which materialized, they couldn't even be bothered to use the same names so I would at least think they oversold them.

They use outdated criteria, pair you with whoever they feel like whether it matches criteria or not and count a date against you even you don't go because it was such a horrendous match in the first place. Also they do not to background checks so people are NOT always who they say they are. and the directors quickly hand you off to "matchers" who have <3 months with the company and quit quickly so you get handed off again and again! so it is not a professional matching you, rather some associate who has "coordinated" for a few months, and pick restaurants where they get kickbacks as opposed to being in between both parties. My experience has been absolutely atrocious
