I used this site for 2 years. The app only matched me with Asian women. When I submitted a bug report to CMB, they said the matches are correct as that's who lives in my area. I had to point out I live in an area where 95% of the population is Caucasian. I received no response.

On many other occasions I submitted bug reports, suggestions, etc. to improve the app, but they never take anybody's advice despite the app containing some pretty obvious problems. For example, the app uses "beans" (virtual coffee beans) as the currency to unlock features or gain new capabilities. Well, nowhere in the app does is state how much beans cost, nor how many beans you have to spend to unlock feature 'x'. I submitted a bug report informing them of the issue, and I got no response. I submitted it again at a later time, and again, they just shrugged it off.

What really bothers me most, is the apathy towards providing a decent user experience with expected features. For example, when you upload photos to your own profile, you can include a written caption. Well, if you upload a photo, publish your profile, then later realize you forgot to add the caption, you cannot edit the photo. Instead you must delete the photo, upload it again, then add the caption at that moment. Once the photo is loaded and you move onto the next screen, you lose the capability to make any further changes. So I submitted a suggestion to fix this, and instead of getting a thank you, I get a terse cold email saying it doesn't matter.

The most glaring issue is one people are not paying attention to, Recently the app received an update, and part of the update required Android users to give permission to use the phone's microphone. The issue is CMB does not have any features that use audio, so why do they need access to the microphone? Very sketchy.

If you look at the big picture and analyze their behaviors in developing the app, refusing to do very simple things to improve the app, putting attention on features they don't even have inside the app (audio)....their actions indicate they may be covertly scanning your facebook data a la Cambridge Analytica and using it for their own private gain. Clearly they are not using it for better match making.
