I solicited their services and paid, hoping for quality service, according to the stipulations of the contract, and for them to deliver what they claim. The first month, August 2019, every time I called I had to speak with "your new matchmaker". They first found a match that I also met on Elite Singles, so that failed, then they found other 2 matches who did not meet my main criteria of men who have been married and were parents. After August I have not heard from them at all; called, left messages, e-mailed, no reply whatsoever. Finally on Dec 13 2019 I get an email from Debbie stating they are still looking since they wish to be "very selective". I told her about all the messages I left, and also informed her of my new, serious relationship I found on my own. She congratulated me, to then state they do not refund, but will put my membership on hold, and "hopefully soon" I'll need their services again????!!!! Her reply is appalling and completely unprofessional, much less smart or even human. I asked to speak with her manager and she said she'd rather speak in person, why don't I give her a call - I then replied I did call her and left a VM with my number, which obviously she was not even aware of..or chose to ignore.
