Hi. I joined this dating site and paid for a 6 month membership. At the end of the six months, I received an email to say my subscription had been renewed for another 6 months and the fees had been debited from my account. I did not authorise this transaction. I discontinued my membership on that day and requested a refund. I have heard NOTHING back from the organisation. I have sent messages and faxes and even wrote to them. Silence! This is not an acceptable way to run an organisation and it is very disappointing. My credit card company is now disputing the payment with Silver Singles, so fingers crossed.
